Can I get a quote?

You can easily get a quote for your selected products in our apps. You can personalise your coverage based on your needs and estimate what your monthly price would be.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, you can select monthly or annually as payment term. By paying annually, you will receive one month premium discount on your coverage.

How do I know the best coverage for me?

We understand selecting the right product is not the easiest decision to be made. Don't worry: we provide a range of popular products for you to select or we can guide you through our lifestyle questions to suggest the best coverage for you. Is my health insurance through work enough?

Often the answer is no. You should check your work health insurance coverage. Most of the time, the coverage is included as part of a benefit package, with limits depending on the salary. We have done research which suggests medical cost can be more than 1-2x average salary especially when you need long and continuous medical treatments. Is there a renewal period?

Your policy will be renewed once your term is over (monthly or annually). Once you are covered you can renew up to 99 years old.

What does a co-payment arrangement mean?

When you select co-payment that means the medical expenses are shared between you and us. When you select co-payment, this will definitely reduce your monthly premium payment. However, this is optional and you can always choose 0% co-payment and leave your medical costs with us.

What if I miss a payment?

Unfortunately, non-payment will cancel your policy and we really don't want this happen to you. We provide a thirty-calendar-day grace period. However, to save you from hassle, we will notify you when the payment is due.

What is underwriting?

Insurance underwriting is a process to assess an applicant's risk. In Vida, we use a simplified underwriting process which involves asking several health questions.

Why can't you insure me?

Our products have age limitations and unfortunately, we cannot insure you if you have any pre-existing condition. However, you still can insure your loved ones with us. Explore our products in our website.
