How can I check my remaining limits?

You can check your remaining limits through our apps, to ensure complete transparency when dealing with your policy. Here at Vida, we do our very best to build the most comprehensive and intuitive service possible.

How can I know what is covered under my policy?

We aim to make insurance simpler by making sure everyone can easily understand our products. Most of your medical treatments are covered under your selected annual limit. For more details of your policy, you can easily access them through your apps.

Is there a renewal period?

Your policy will be renewed once your term is over (monthly or annually). Once you are covered you can renew up to 99 years old.

What if I miss a payment?

Unfortunately, non-payment will cancel your policy and we really don't want this happen to you. We provide a thirty-calendar-day grace period. However, to save you from hassle, we will notify you when the payment is due.
